Taekwondo Warm-Up Exercises

This page focuses on Taekwondo warm-up exercises. You should loosen up and warm up your muscles before your Taekwondo class in order to reduce the potential for injuries and to prepare your cardiovascular system for the more intense workout that follows.

These warm-up exercises should be done in addition to your regular Taekwondo stretching. Pull out the best exercises from the videos below in order to create your own Taekwondo warm-up routine. As always, you should see a doctor before starting any strenuous exercise program!
