Stretches for Taekwondo
If you don't stretch properly, tight hip flexors can limit your
ability to achieve high kicks (i.e. a high roundhouse kick). Here are a variety of different hip
flexor stretches to loosen your muscles and hopefully reduce
potential injuries. If you have already suffered an
injury, please see a doctor.
FYI - Hip flexors are the muscles
on the outside of your hip which connect to your thigh.
