Stretches for Taekwondo
If you don't stretch properly, your back can get sore and/or
tight from the constant "twisting" of your body during
Taekwondo. This is especially true for activities such as
spinning kicks. Therefore, here are a variety of different back stretches to loosen your muscles and hopefully reduce
