Stretches for Taekwondo
If you don't stretch properly, it is easy to suffer an achilles
injury during Taekwondo (i.e. while sparring, practicing flying
kicks, etc.). Here are a variety of different achilles stretches. These
stretches will hopefully help you to reduce the chance of
potential injuries during Taekwondo. If you have already suffered
