Instructions for the Taekwondo Front Foot Roundhouse

A front foot roundhouse kick is where you use your forward foot to execute a roundhouse kick (versus using your rear leg). Front foot roundhouses are usually faster but less powerful than rear foot roundhouse kicks. For more videos on roundhouse kicks (front foot and rear foot), please visit our main Roundhouse Kick page.

To learn other kicks (i.e. spinning hook kicks), visit our main Taekwondo Kicks page.
